Should you want to cancel you can do so at any time, prior to your billing period.

Is This A Subscription Service?

Yes, both plans are subscriptions. If you wish to stop the subscription you will need to submit a general request form via our support ticket system. Requests to cancel subscriptions will not be accepted over the phone or email.

Are There Additional Fee or Taxes?

There are no additional fees, taxes, and no hidden costs. The price you see is the price that you pay. All of our prices are listed in US Dollars.

What Do You Do If My Site Is Hacked?

Unfortunately, even with proactive monitoring, no one can catch every security issue. In the event a security issue does occur, our goal is to respond immediately within business hours. Valid security concerns are of the highest priority. We will clean your site and restore it to it's last backup.

Do You Offer 24/7 Technical Support?

While we monitor your site 24/7 at this time, we do not have 24/7 technical support. Our support hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
